Have you wanted to try CrossFit, but you don’t know where to start? Have you been injured in the past, are ready to start working out, but are scared you’ll get injured again? If you answered yes to either of those questions, then this workshop is for you.
During this workshop you will work with an experienced CrossFit and Active Life Coach to assess your flexibility and strength.
First, you will be taken through 9 flexibility and mobility assessments to find the unique range of motion for each of your joints. Then, your coach will take you through a strength balance test, including 4 primary exercises, that will identify muscular weakness or disproportion. These assessments can help you and your coach create safe and customized programming designed specifically for you.
After the assessments and to bring all that we’ve learned together, your coach will guide you through a safe, quick, and fun workout that everyone can do.
