In June, we’ll be testing you across the 10 general physical skills — Strength, Power, Flexibility, Stamina, Accuracy, Agility, Cardiovascular Endurance, Co-ordination, Speed and Balance — in as many ways as possible so that we can help keep track of your progress and create better, more targeted goals for you.

Our fitness tests were developed by studying years of data logged through Beyond the Whiteboard’s platform. We can see how thousands of CrossFitters from around the world have performed in certain workouts. After studying that data, we mapped common imbalances, sorted trends into categories, and then created original benchmarks to test those skills.

The categories you’ll be tested in:

  • Olympic Lifting
  • Power Lifting
  • Endurance
  • Speed
  • Long Workouts
  • Heavy Workouts
  • Light Workouts
  • Bodyweight Workouts

Be sure to log your workouts this month. And be as detailed as you can be. This will help us help you.
